As the school year ramps up, we know that one of your many priorities is facilitating parent and family engagement. Back to school night is just around the corner, and we'd love to hear your ideas on how to make the most of it. In the meantime, here are some of ours:
- Build a Shared Learning Experience: Provide an activity that parents and students can engage in together - even better if it's something they can keep up at home.
- Set Up Your Ongoing Communication Systems: Whether it's a Facebook group or a class e-newsletter (free resource below), establish your routine at B2S Night.
- Empower Parents To... The most important part here is to let them know they're welcome to participate in the learning community.
