Sarah's Notes

As we kick off the month of February, consider giving yourself a valentine — a little self-love in the teacher motivation department. In our frenetic lives, both professional and personal, it isn’t uncommon to get depleted.

This week, we’re replenishing both the professional and the personal. If professional rejuvenation is what you need, then join this inspired #LoveTeaching campaign and contribute to the groundswell of teachers sharing why they love to teach. Perhaps it’s your personal life that needs some reclaiming in order for you to bring your best self to the classroom and beyond. If that’s you, take a peek at how I gave myself a fresh start with my 5 Day Reboot and try it out for yourself. Whatever form your valentine takes, make sure it’s a reminder that you matter and are making a difference! Enjoy!
