Student-Centered Coaching by Diane Sweeney; Never Underestimate Your Teachers by Robyn Jackson; and, so many more... There are a lot of good ones out there. Just start searching.
Not sure about books, but I did a little research and wrote a blog about time management for coaches based on a report published by the IRA. Check it out: http://katienovakudl.com/whats-role-literacy-coach/
There are details about the publication in the blog.
Try Literacy Coach's Survival Guide 2nd ed. and Surviving But Not Yet Thriving both by Cathy Toll. Also, look at Lead Literacy website (specifically for literacy coaches) and Choice Literacy website (for all teachers of literacy). These are all great resources that I use all of the time. Lastly, Teachers College Reading and Writing Project has an intensive just for literacy coaches. Their website is readingandwritingproject.com
I would highly recommend The Art of Coaching by Aguilar and I have found Stephen Barkley's blog to be very insightful and helpful http://pls3rdlearning.com/blog/category/steve-barkley/
Best of luck,

Co-Active Coaching is a must-read. Originally written for life-coaches & business coaches, the new 3rd edition includes applications of this communication style in education.
