Yes. In the 2013 edition, just follow two steps.
1. Open the 'Insert' tab.
2. Look to the far right section called 'Media' and you'll
see 'Video' and 'Audio'.
3. Click 'Video' then choose 'Online video' or 'Video
from my computer'.
