Have you heard about Universal Design for Learning? It's explicitly stated in the Application to Students with Disabilities section of the Common Core as best practice. The framework is all about designing curriculum and instruction with embedded differentiation so you proactively meet the needs of all students instead of accommodating after the fact. It's a powerful framework that does wonders for all kids. You can find out more information about UDL from cast.org
