Does anyone have a resource that their school uses a main hub for all information to be sent out and available for staff to access easily?

Communication and documents are mostly shared with us through emails and google docs, but it has become difficult to find information and refer back to it. Is there any resource out there that you or your school has used to help manage this issue?

      Have you tried a Google Website for teachers to access? You could create separate pages for each topic and then add links to shared documents or other files. Teachers could add images, videos, etc. to supplement the topic. Another idea is to create a G+ (Google Plus) group for your teachers. This format would be searchable for teachers.
