You may want to set up a Twitter chat. You could have all users create a Twitter account and then decide on a time and a hashtag to keep the conversation moving. Basically, if you decide that the chat will be on Thursday at 8pm, you ask all participants to log on at that time and follow the hashtag you create. For example, it may be something like #cruciblechat
You can post questions with the hashtag and view everyone's responses in real time. It's a great learning tool.
