Thanks for posting this Crystal. This is helpful information for teachers interested in teaching adults. I work in a school district and have teachers in our program who work with K-12 students and others who work with Adults. At the beginning of the program year during our PD session we compared standards to see how these jobs are similar and how they are different. This was very helpful for our staff and allowed them to share resources and ideas and for those who were new to teaching adults it helped them reflect on strategies they already use that could be carried over to teaching either group.
