During staff meetings you could have a "coaching brainstorm" where people share challenges they are having and other teachers brainstorm solutions/ideas with them. This could be short--10 minutes or so, yet could show how it can be useful to work with a coach/peers on your practice.

The first thing I try to develop is a relationship of trust with your teachers. Remember that in general people will not believe you have their best interest at heart unless you have demonstrated it. It takes a lot of time and dedication to those teachers daily contact, short conversations related to their interests can be a start up point. Once a positive relationship of trust has been build then giving suggestions for improvement will more than likely be accepted and implemented. Success
