First, I would model it. Take a student product and then provide constructive feedback (both oral and written). Then I would allow the students to critique a lesson of my own. First in writing and then orally as part of a class conversation. During the class conversation, I would discuss how to be tactful as well how to be constructive. Once the students have had a little exposure to the idea, I would have them peer review a project to gain additional experience.
