play games, get families involved with before school or after school events that supports the learning and make the activities engaging and fun as well. have discussions before during and after school with the students to see why / if they are stressed
You can teach your students how to do deep breathing to relax.
do a guided mindfulness session or even mindful walking or eating (if your school allows food in the room)... even 10 mins of mandala coloring is a simple break , and usually welcomed ....
