I don't know about lessons that address these topics specifically, but my go to for awesome lessons aligned to the CCSS for literacy in history and sciences follow. It's a great place to start and find rigorous and engaging activities for your students. Register as a new user and you can view videos of master teachers teaching the Core, download editable lesson plans that are Common Core aligned, and view lists of reputable web sites that will help you align your practice to the Core. There are close to 300,000 lessons on this site, and many are exemplar lessons for the Common Core. This site has hundreds of lessons that are both Common Core aligned and designed using the principles of Universal Design for Learning, which allows all students to access rigorous curriculum.

      Good luck,

I have an inflatable globe that look exactly like a beach ball. It allows the students to be hands on and depending on the class and how well the behavior is it can be fun by letting them bounce the ball to one another and could give you some options such as you give them the coordinates and they tell you where they are located or you could ask for the coordinates of where their right thumb is when they catch the ball. This help the audio and the kinesthetic learners in the classroom.
