No. They should be restricted at all.
Have you tried a different browser? When I am at school, Internet Explorer does not work. However, Firefox works like a charm.

Gillian - are you trying to view from a school computer or a computer at home?
Also, if you have a mobile cellular device that streams video, try using that to see if you encounter the same problem.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to matter if I'm on Firefox or Safari - I do not think a firewall is the problem as I do not have difficulty with video from other sources. Thanks for trying. Any other ideas?
