Below is a question from the FAQ section, it might be helpful. You can also click on the black "feedback" tab on the right side of every page to report a problem with viewing videos.
I am trying to watch the videos using my school network, why aren't they playing?
If you are trying to watch Teaching Channel videos from your school or organizations' network, it is possible that your access to the videos is being blocked. Reach out to your technology department and explain that you are trying to watch videos from TeachingChannel.org. Our videos are hosted by Ooyala.com, which may be blocked by your network's firewall. Another site you may need to unblock or whitelist is gigya.com. It also helps to update to the most recent version of Adobe's Flash player.
