Question Detail

I'm interested in tips for celebrating teachers' reflective processes and our work together through coaching while maintaining anonymity. It's important for me that the process feel safe for teachers, so privacy feels key. Any thoughts on how to accomplish both?

What about doing this in an artistic way? Have each teacher create a small piece of art (maybe something simple, sharpie with a watercolor wash?) that shows in words/images their reflection of the past week/day/month. Have everyone do one that is the same format and share with them ahead of time that these will be displayed (maybe the teachers lounge?) and will also be anonymous.

Michelle, this is such a great, aspirational thought! I love the idea of us working to reach the point when we're ready for this.
