I have gotten positive results from connecting students personal goals dreams and hopes to classroom rules,by collectively creating rules that will support goal achievement. This must include consequences as well as rewards. Be consistent and follow up on both consequences and reward. Using energizer during lessons are helpful, and morning and closing meeting help the create a positive classroom climate which help to mitigate disruptive behaviors. Hope this helps
