      I don't know of any videos that speak directly to that, but the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework includes guidelines that include strategies that help students to stay engaged in the learning task, regardless of variability. Check out the guidelines:http://www.udlcenter.org/aboutudl/udlguidelines
