I use a checklist for my kindergarten students on a weekly basis, though I imagine you could adapt it and make it a daily list. I have the centers on the top (with pictures) and places for them to check off when they are finished. I've also done this on a daily basis when by creating 3-4 columns on my white board and writing/drawing the centers/stations on the top. Then when students complete a center/station, they write their name underneath it.
