If you could reach STEM professionals at innovative companies and have them create real-world instructional materials, what would you want them to create and in what formats?

We're creating a non-profit org that harnesses STEAM professionals at thousands of companies nationwide to aid in creating real-world STEM/STEAM lesson activities.

      The content areas of STEAM are too broad to address individual content ideas, but I can offer a very apt item of advice that I have experienced in working with many science professionals over many years.. Here it is: Don't "have them create real-world instructional materials." Instead, have them work with teachers in the subject area and have the TEACHERS write the materials. If you don't, the instructional materials are very unlikely to hit the target audience with superior levels of engagement. Professionals in areas outside of education often think that because they can talk they can teach. That, without question, is not the case.
