Non-fixed teachers teaching kindergarten strategy: Is it a more effective teaching method than fix teachers teaching different subjects?
Hi, my child's kindergarten have announced that they will soon applied a teaching strategy where a number of non-fixed / full time teachers to teach my child and groups different subjects, instead of having a number of fixed-full time teacher teaching various subjects, expressing that this is a better method for my child and class to learn. However, I am unsure of this new method, as I am concerned that my child and her classmate will not be able to build a relationship and rapport with teachers that are always changing and different, even it may well be that those non-full time teacher may have certain subject expertise. Would you be so kind to enlighten me if there are any successful cases using this type of teaching style and method in Kindergarten? Thank you.
