Funny you ask. I just was teaching my students how to's today. We did a mock discussion with a small article and outer circle observations. Take it slow, let them practice before a graded one. My advanced kids love it!
Yes- However, set the tone and layout ground rules prior to starting. As Heidi mentioned guide the first couple of sessions. Maybe even have a "script" of some sort to get them started.
