Striving not to repeat the mistakes of my past teachers, I am wondering how do teachers adapt their craft to appeal and resonate with students of different racial and socioeconomic backgrounds in schools which are still divided on these factors? How should a teacher encourage their students to persevere in school? And most importantly, how does a teacher abolish the racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic divides that exists in most school around the country? I am calling to you teaching veterans for help in suggestions or resources on how to actualize a solution to my POP during my first years of teaching and I sincerely thank you in advance.
