Student feedback strategies?

Hi everyone! Does anyone have any cool ways to use student feedback to improve your instruction? I love gathering student feedback and want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

      Hi Katie,

I use google forms a lot so I can sort student data in excel. There's a really good student survey going around our school right now (it's simple - pencil and paper - but it asks the right questions). I'll see if I can snag a copy for you.

What are you looking for specifically?

Hi Katie, I'm not sure how you currently gather your feedback, but I think using something online like Survey Monkey to get anonymous feedback is really great. I know that when I have been asked to give anonymous feedback in writing, I worried that my handwriting would make it obvious or felt self-conscious that others might be looking over my shoulder. An online method for collecting feedback makes it truly anonymous and allows students to take the time they need to respond thoughtfully and privately.
