Question Detail

What am I doing wrong with Proportions Trail? How do I get in touch with the author?

Proportions Trail - I love this exercise, however, mine never turns out right. You're suppose to end up at the question you start with (there are 16 of them) but when my students do it, they end up at the first question after only a few math problems. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help me with this. It was created by Andrea Kowalchik on this website.

Elizabeth, I haven't tried this in the classroom, but I think you need to make sure that question 2 has the answer to question one on it, then question 3 has the answer to question 2, then Q4 has A3, and so on... so that question 16 has the answer to question 15 on it. That would mean that Question 1 has the answer to question 16 on it. I don't think you share the numbering of the questions with the students, but as you design the question cards you need to know the numbering. Best of luck!
