What is the subject matter you are teaching? I find that STEAM activities are often the best source of enrichment activities. In our area, the arts are often lacking in the amount of instructional time devoted to them- so integrating art activities can be very enriching. WHat is the group you are looking to do enrichment with?

Also... Look at any local STEM design challenges or competitions. THese can be full of learning and a great opportunity for enrichment as well.
