What are some good books to read in a professional reading book club?

I am starting a professional reading book club at my site. Our first book is Mindset by Carol Dweck. I would like to focus on books about learning and not necessarily about teaching.

I am a huge fan of Good to Great by Jim Collins. It was an eye-opener for me. Its usually read by school leaders, but I think that any educator benefits from the messages and it helps teachers to see the rationale behind systemic change.

We're reading "Unmistakable Impact" by Jim Knight. Our district purchased the book for our School Improvement Conference and it has wonderful, practical applications for School Improvement Teams and instructional leaders.
