I have a standing meeting with my administrators. We meet twice a month to discuss what we are learning about adult learners and coaching. We are currently considering how our work should be structured to most support teachers. How do the administrator's targeted feedback cycles implicate/inform coaching cycles? How do my coaching cycles inform their targeted feedback cycles? We work hard to keep the inner work of both private, but the results are shared.
Our coaches keep ongoing learning logs of the work they are doing with students, these are shared via google docs with teachers as well as administrators. When the coaches and administrators meet to discuss what is working/not working, they will often refer back to these logs.
