Actually, the course is an instructional tech course for MAEd students. The students are teaching or will be teaching PreK-12 - a variety of grade levels and curriculum areas (secondary). They are being exposed to these in a variety of ways:

I would start with simpler ones such as document cameras, digital projectors, and iPad apps (to use in the classroom). Do you have specific grade levels you are thinking of?

I would say a learning management system is the most helpful for me.
