I use Readworks.org as well as newsela.com. Both sites you can find texts for grade level as well as lexile.

Use getepic.com It is free for educators. You can create a class of 36 students. Loads of books with many nonfiction texts. Some will read to students. Most have a grade level (including AR levels). Great resource especially for those who have a 1:1 class.
tweentribune.com has news articles (and photos) with Lexile Levels included so you can differentiate as needed.
Readworks.org is amazing! Can search by topic, lexile, grade, skill/strategy. Also has comprehension lessons available. Many, many texts available.
