Where can I find the Digital Library described on Smarter Balanced website? I would like to have access to professional development resources and examples of best instuctional practices.

      Thank you for your question, Petria. The Digital Library will be available online to all registered users in April 2014. It will include resources aligned to the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) ( that will help educators use the formative assessment process to adjust teaching to improve student learning. These resources include a series of commissioned assessment literacy and exemplar instructional modules in English language arts/literacy and mathematics. In addition, the library will include professional learning and instructional materials contributed by 2,000 educators. The library will be interactive, allowing users to rate materials and to share their expertise with educators across the country.

      We know that educators are eager to access examples of instructional practices aligned to the Common Core. There are many great resources available right now, and a list of suggested resources for educators can be found here:
