Would you share examples of your commenting protocol? What do you do to establish a safe environment where Teachers are willing to be vulnerable?

Just implementing Teams and we want to be intentional about creating a safe place for teachers to post videos and engage in meaningful conversations about their instruction.

      I would begin by having everyone come up with a list of shared expectations/agreements. By allowing the teachers to make a common "contract", you are helping them to create an environment where learning/sharing is valued.

        I agree with Jasmine. Setting up norms when you launch a team is very important. I would also recommend using a protocol to guide the conversation. Protocols are helpful in making sure everyone has a voice, and preserves a safe space for the presenting teacher.
