I teach first grade and would love to have the time to watch other teachers teach reading, writing, or math. Our team meets once a week and we do discuss how we taught certain lessons that were hard for the students, but it would be different to actually go and see it and then come back together to discuss it. I do think this is easier to manage with teachers teaching a single subject to middle school or high school students than it would be to do with primary aged students. I would love to have some ideas on how to start this process with my first grade team.
