Liked the collaborative effort but wondering about the expense of having so many teachers out of the classroom....Would a video of the teacher demonstrating the skill and subsequent debrief be a better vehicle to allow the entire staff to see the technique later adopted by all?

Brian, I think it is wonderful to see teachers in each others rooms and then debriefing in such an intentional way. I wouldn't want to eliminate that if teachers were willing to go for it.

Gr8.. I've always believed in team work in solving each other's challenges.. We all sit together and discuss the challenges and how to work on them..

This sounds great for the older grades, how about the primary grades, like kindergarten, where they are more needy?
