It is ultimately important to observe all students in the classroom and acknowledge them but I am not sure how this method is beneficial.

Regarding the tracking video: I did no understand exactly whatthe teacher was doing or what she was writingon the board. Tevideo needsto be explained, and it should be a little longer, I think.

This is really simple but really important. I especially love the enthusiasm this teacher has. I have used this clip with my staff and we are working towards developing silent signals using sign language. Pretty cool.
