This video is a mirror image on discussions my grade has on Monday and Tuesday after school. We also look at students work together and comment what that students strengths and weakness', as well as breaking apart each lesson and tweaking it for the benefit of the students. I would recommend this video for the teachers in my school to view in order to validate their own professionalism.
