I loved the Think-Pair-Share and the extension to larger numbers. I also liked seeing the differentiation for those struggling with this concept.

    Summary

A solid grasp of times tables is the key for Year 4 pupils at Eleanor Palmer Primary School in north London, while the staff get to grips with renewed framework.
This program observes the class exploring the four times table in detail, using ping pong tables and challenge questions, until pupils discover how much more they know once the basics are secure.
After school, the staff explore renewed framework for mathematics online and give their initial reactions.
Thanks to head teacher and math coordinator Kate Frood and her team, pupils at Eleanor Palmer Primary in north London achieve well above average national test results in math.
