Read-Aloud was very intentionally planned out. The modeling of text-dependent questions was excellent! Will implement in my classroom - Thank You!

This was such a powerful lesson I am going to forward to my team members. In looking at the Basal Alignment Project, I notice that there are lesson plans for the old Trophies reader. Will there be updated lessons for their new series, Journeys? Thank you

I'll buy the book "When Charlie McButton ..." and have a read aloud lesson with my first graders - doing exactly how you did it. I think my class can handle it. Excellent lesson!
